Chenglong Zhang, PhD, is an assistant professor at the College of Business Administration at Kookmin University in Seoul, Republic of Korea. He earned his bachelor's degree in e-commerce from Southwest University of Science and Technology in China, a master's degree in management information systems from Pusan National University in Korea, and a PhD in management information systems from Kookmin University in Korea. His research interests include business intelligence, trustworthy and explainable AI in business, applications of AI agent in business, and social network analysis(SNA).


主要研究领域：AI与机器学习在经营中的应用（Business Intelligence），结合LLM大模型的商业解决方案，社交媒体信息爬取与分析
